New Years weekend we went camping at Enchanted Rock.
Eliza became a determined hiker and led us to the top.
On the way home we ended up lost on Hill Country backroads trying to find a restaurant that no longer exists. Luckily we were directed to the Alamo Springs Cafe. Out in the middle of nowhere they serve a killer burger with homemade jalapeno cheddar buns.
It was a fun trip. We headed home to celebrate New Years Eve. Worn out from camping the night before we fell asleep early. However, we were serenaded by an endless barrage of neighborhood fireworks. Welcome 2011. My theme for the year: Less is More. And I want to get good at making cinnamon rolls.
