Now we are enjoying our time in sunny St. George! This weekend we celebrated my baby brother's 17th birthday and my baby girl's 2nd birthday. Happy birthday to you.
On our way to my grandparents we stopped and visited some our favorite people...Randy, Cathy, and Max. It was great to see them again!
Our next stop was time spent with my Grandma and Grandpa Debenham. We went to the Hogle Zoo. My favorite thing was the rare white alligator. I'd never even heard of it before, but they have an albino alligator. My cousin Alexa hung out with us and was a great help with the kids. If she wasn't only 8 (or maybe she's9?), I'd hire her to be my nanny:)
Here we are on summer vacation. Our first stop was a family reunion with the Willes at Bear Lake, UT. We left our hot humid San Antonio and arrived in a snowing Bear Lake. Everyone else was a bit disappointed, but I enjoyed the snow and cool weather. It was a welcome change. We had an awesome time enjoying family and the mountains. There was lots of fun and games and outdoor activity. We found a patch of snow on the mountainside and were determined to hike to it. We (or should I say Logan and Shelley) carried a sled to the top of the mountain so Preston could sled down the snow. Preston was determined to do it, and he was able to sled about 4 feet down a patch of snow. Was it worth it...sledding in June...most definately! The theme for the reunion was "home for the holidays." We had April Fools Day, Valentines Day, Halloween, and the 4th of July. The picture with all children above is all of the grandkids in their Halloween costumes.

Looks like you had a good time! If you are still in town I would LOVE to see you. Seriously...it's has been years. Doesn't it just make you sad to see your babies grow up?

I'll jump on the band wagon as well Jessica...I would love to see you too. I know how family vacations go though, you want to spend all the time you can with your family because you don't get to see them much. Your hair is really darling. I don't think I've ever seen it that length before and I am a brunette nowadays so I don't know what my excuse is for why I do the things I do!!!
I can't believe Tad and Jess already have two young, but very mature kids. It wasn't very long ago that Tad and a college roomate would play a Star Wars Playstation game until the early hours of the morning at college. Kids raising kids! It's great to see the pics.
