Fortunately/Unfortunately

I read about this game on a friend's blog and thought it was hilarious. You google "fortunately, _______ (your name)" and "unfortunately, _________ (your name)" and see what you come up with. Here are some of my favorites:

Fortunately, Jessica successfully lost 300 pounds after being hospitalized. She now has more freedom in doing things other kids are able to do.

Fortunately Jessica doesn’t mind taking on an assignment to save the world from the diabolical plot hatched by the evil Baron von Düsseldorf, and calmly and sarcastically makes her way through a llama themed amusement park, a yodeling contest in the Norwegian Alps, and a cave belonging to the scariest of scary yetis to the ultimate destination of the Baron’s laboratory (and by extension, Broadway).

We went on a tour of the place, and fortunately Jessica kept quiet for the whole hour.

Fortunately, Jessica's travel and accommodations are covered by the U.S. Olympic Committee and their generous sponsors.

Fortunately, Jessica charmed our waiter into, at the very least, making the monjayaki for us.

Unfortunately, Jessica soon returned to movies that bombed, even with Oscar-winning cast members.

Unfortunately, Jessica is cursed with a tendency towards major faux pas.

Unfortunately, Jessica hates reading, and has a new plan for her future: joining the army.

I definitely laughed out loud on these! Your blog is fantastic! I love that "beauty tips" quote from a while back. (I just might have to borrow it for a little while and post it on my blog too)
