Got for = Forgot (i.e. 'Mom...I got for my shoes!'). When I try and correct him we get 'gawfed.' Try as we might, he just can't get this word straight. The sad thing is Eliza has picked it up also.
Today it was really 'froggy' (foggy) outside.
While we were at the post office today Preston excitedly tugged at my jacket to tell me, "Mommy look, there's a really fat man over there. He ate a lot of food and he got fat!" He thought it was wonderful. He has grasped the concept of how we get fat, however we're working on the idea that people don't like to hear it. Thankfully we were on our way out and didn't have to stand around embarassed.
Ha...I just remembered another one. Preston advanced to CTR 5 in primary. He can't remember CTR and keeps calling it his Furious 5 primary class:)

Oh my word, I almost fell off my chair laughing at your post office story. Kids do say the funniest things :)
Those are classics. You're going to be so glad you've written them down. I've forgotten way too much over the years.
Oh man, Preston is the best! We gotsta move to TX.
What a funny little guy!
Good luck! Glende liked to comment and point out all the bald men. (I think she's finally grown out of it)
I love it...kids say hilarious stuff. I'm glad he keeps you laughing.
